Farmer Training

To Know is To Grow

At DCM Shriram, we are committed to empowering our growers through continuous learning and the adoption of newer agricultural practices. It is one of our core values to drive community and economic growth. By working together and sharing knowledge, we can achieve sustainable and profitable agriculture. Our focus is on creating long-term relationships with our growers, providing them with the resources and support they need to succeed. We believe that by investing in our growers, we are investing in a better future for all.

We organize large gatherings involving as many as 700-800 farmers, providing interactive sessions with research station agronomists. These gatherings serve as a forum for knowledge dissemination and cross-fertilization of ideas, empowering growers with new agricultural practices for community and economic growth.

Moving images that move people to action. Our short films cover a range of important topics related to sugarcane cultivation, such as adopting sustainable agronomic practices, conserving water, improving soil health, taking safety precautions, and more. These films are designed to educate and motivate our audience to take action towards a more sustainable future.

We aim to educate school children about the importance of sugarcane planting, and in turn, have them spread the message to their parents. By doing so, we hope to create awareness about sustainable farming practices and encourage more people to take an active role in preserving our environment.
