The Executive Trainee Program is designed to groom young talent from identified campuses across India. It provides focussed training, capability building and early-stage career grooming to prepare for taking charge of entry-level roles across different functions.
Management Graduates with specializations in Agriculture Marketing, Sales, Finance Systems, etc., from various business schools and colleges undergo training under the ET scheme for one year. This is treated as a period of probation along with intensive field/on-the-job training and assignments. After the completion of training, trainees get appointed as Executives / Officers, depending on the business needs and role, in the Junior Management cadre of the company.
